Fabrice Muamba became a figure in a special dinner last night Football Writers Association. Attendance received appreciation from the guests and the star of Arsenal, Robin vanPersie.
Football public was shocked when Muamba fall lay limp on the ground when helping Bolton Wanderers face Tottenham. Muambafall because of heart failure. His heart had stopped for 78 minutes, but the doctors finally managed to save it.
Now Muamba has gradually recovered. Presence at a dinner inLondon is getting a standing ovation from the guests in attendance.Van Persie also expresses appreciation to Muamba who is also aformer teammate at Arsenal eight years ago.
"You are an amazing fighter and a great player," said the Arsenalcaptain.
"I can not wait to see you soon appear on the field."
